coaching

Across our family of organisations, coaching takes many forms but all share one purpose: to empower people to grow, flourish, and discover what they’re capable of.

This page clarifies the different types of coaches so our team can confidently communicate each pathway’s focus, impact, and audience.

CircusMASH

CircusMASH uses circus as a vehicle for wellbeing, connection and trust.

Coaches here are play workers and counsellors who work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, not to create performers, but to create positive change.

MASH Academy

Mash Academy exists to support the next generation of circus and performing arts professionals.

Coaches here are industry practitioners who help aspiring artists build the technical, creative, and entrepreneurial toolkit they need for a sustainable career.

Teemi

Teemi brings our circus methodology into professional environments.

Coaches here operate as facilitators who use play, movement, and metaphor to shift workplace culture, strengthen teams, and build resilience.

Space Plans

Our associate coaches are developing online content that grows and nurtures the future of circus, strengthening the craft, elevating the brand, and advocating for a world where circus is more widely recognised and celebrated.
