House of MASH are always looking to start new relationships and partnerships with an aim to use art to start conversation and create opportunity.
We dream way too big, we forget not our purpose and we live most day’s like our life is a circus. We are looking for creative individuals that are interested on coming on this journey with us and that can fill every room at The House of MASH with something very special.

Young People

Half of the House of MASH creative team is called The Collective. This group of young people are interested in social and environmental change and want to use art as a way of telling stories to engage people in change making conversation. They meet weekly to move their individual projects forward and have opportunities to work on engagement or performance projects with our Associate Creatives.

Learn More about becoming part of the collective. (This needs to be an on0boarding process with videos). At the end of this process Participants are able to propose their project/idea. The onboarding must also detail how the projects are compensated and who owns all of the material (The Artist). It will also state the intention of HOUSE of MASH for offering this kind of support. We believe that money is not the only thing that makes things work.

Associate Creatives

The other half of the House of MASH creative team are our Associate Creatives, whom are freelance performers, educators, musicians, artists, designers and directors that we work with on a free-lance basis. They associates are also educators and have an interest in mentoring young minds.

We are on the look-out for new creative talent. If you share our ethos and values and deliver work to an exceptionally high standard you could be perfect to join our small pool of associates.
