Inclusive Teambuilding
that prioritises individuals.
Babes. Let’s put the ‘ i ‘ back in team.
Call it what you want, but without the individuals, there ain’t no team.
Hi, we're Teemi.
We design and prescribe highly personalised team building events that fix performance problems.
We don’t:
X Do tick-box team building (because one-off events don’t create change)
X Have a shopping list of activities that ‘most’ people will enjoy (we believe everyone deserves a place at the table)
X Force people to ‘push themselves’ (we help people flourish within their own skillset and ability)
And the individuals in your team have NEVER been more important…
Employees are overwhelmed with communication but aren’t talking to each other. People are spending less time together. Mental health issues are increasing. And remote working reduces cost but also trust. But to fix team performance, first you need to focus on the individual.
Which is why instead of typical team building activities, we use the mind altering magic of circus (and a personalised team building ‘prescription’) to help every ‘ i ’ in your team be the best they can possibly be.
An exceptional partner whose calm operational excellence, imaginative thinking, and genuine care consistently bring people together in powerful ways. Their ability to translate bold vision into seamless, human-centred team experiences enables complex, international programmes to feel effortless while creating lasting connection, impact, and legacy.

Putting the ‘individual’ back in team
This services section is pretty blank.
Because effective team-building isn’t about giving you a list of generic, clichéd activities.
It’s about asking the difficult questions. It’s about understanding your culture. It’s about getting to know every individual in your team.
And then designing a highly personalised team building event to improve communication and wellbeing, to fix friction, and to help every individual flourish and fly.
The guys did great last week! The HEINEKEN team loved it and it really set the scene for the afternoon session

They bring people together with care, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service. Their ability to think differently, manage complexity with calm confidence, and create team experiences rooted in connection and purpose turns ambitious ideas into moments that genuinely unite, inspire, and leave a lasting impact.
Teeming with team building ideas.
How we fix performance problems:
- We start with your people, not off-the-shelf packages
- We ask A LOT of questions to work out exactly what your team needs
- We lean into the immersive nature of circus to start conversations, build resilience and motivate individuals to perform as a team
The ‘i’ in Teemi is for individual but also for inclusivity – when everyone has a place at the table, individuals are motivated, and teams truly flourish.

Stephen morton-prior
Meet Stephen – CEO, Project Director and Chief Plate Spinner.
Alongside Teemi, Stephen also runs Clearwater Events where he designs and produces meaningful and memorable events. When he’s not using his ‘6 th event sense’ to plan inclusive team-building events, Stephen spends his time fearlessly skiing down mountains or looking up at the sky (he’s an avid plane spotter, aviation geek and model aircraft collector).
“I love putting myself in a guest’s shoes and designing team-building events based on what individuals actually want and need. I’ve been in the event industry for over 25 years so I understand what works and what doesn’t.”

Joe Fearn
Meet Joe – Creative Director, Circus Founder and Champion of the Impossible.
Joe ran away to the circus when he was 18 and after years of touring, set up CircusMASH and HouseOfMASH in Birmingham. When he’s not making people smile or using circus to turn traditional team-building upside down and inside out, you’ll find him designing and making dresses or playing the piano.
“When I was 19 I went on the Weakest Link and was slated by Anne Robinson about wanting to run away and join the circus. Now I use circus to help people achieve something they didn’t think they could.”
